Special Conditions for Damaged Balls
If you are returning a ball due to damage, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return delivery fee. This policy applies only if the damage was not caused by misuse.
Return Process

- Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is received, we will review it and, if approved, provide detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during the return shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a set timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria or have been used/damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return. Customized or special order items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
