Order Processing
All orders are processed on the same day if placed before our daily cut-off time of 1pm on business days. Orders received after this time or on non-business days will be processed the next working day.

Return Eligibility
- Only unused and undamaged items are eligible for return.
- Requests must be made within 14 days from the order date.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Return Process

- Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is received, we will review it and, if approved, provide detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during the return shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a set timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria or have been used/damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return. Customized or special order items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
